Rosemary District Association, Inc. is an all-volunteer neighborhood association. We will respond as quickly as our personal schedules permit.

Payment of dues is voluntary. Dues are used to maintain this website, rent the Post Office box, and pay fees that enable the organization to serve the neighborhood. Anyone who wishes to join RDA without paying dues, should request a Waiver.

Refunds of dues and donations are available on request.
