Complete and submit this form to join or to renew your membership as a Rosemary District Association Stakeholder Member and pay annual dues of $100. 
All memberships and renewals entered now are through Dec. 31, 2023.

Please designate an individual to represent your organization and serve as a primary point of contact.

NOTE: The email address you provide is your organization's unique Member ID. All RDA correspondence, including the monthly newsletter and annual ballot, will be sent to that email address. Add others in your organization to the RDA mailing list with a subscription to the RDA Newsletter.

RDA will list your organization on our roster of Stakeholder Members. If you provide the address to your website or Facebook page, we will add that link to your name.
